摘要

三维GIS城市规划信息系统建设已经成为城市规划管理的热点。介绍了三维城市规划信息系统的发展现状，研究了基于三维GIS的构建城市规划信息系统的开发目标、数据采集方式，总结了三维GIs城市规划信息系统的应用层次和特征。在此基础上，建立了系统的系统框架。结合目前实际应用情况，指出当前三维GIS城市规划信息系统建设必须关注的重点问题。

Abstract

The 3D urban planning information system has been the focus topic in urban palnning management. In this paper

the related development of 3D urban planning is reviewed and the development object

data acquisition

system application level and three important characters of 3D urban planning information system have been also discussed. Thus

a system framework iseatablished. Finally

several primary problems are put forward and thought to be resolved to improve the practicability of 3D urban planning information system over large scale.
