摘要

风险评估是降低边坡灾害损失的有效途径.论文以地理信息系统GIS(Arcview)为基础进行二次开发

建立边坡风险评估系统.通过该系统建立边坡的三维地质模型

根据模型的物理力学参数等属性数据

运用Monte-Carlo法计算三维边坡的失效概率

分析经济风险和生命风险

最后给出定量的评价.实例分析结果表明

该系统在经济与生命风险评估方面可为相关决策提供依据.

Abstract

Landslides caused substantial damage to property

which is seriously hampering social development.With the use of geographic information systems(Arcview)

a risk assessment system is established in the paper.The failure probability of 3D-slope is calculated using the Monte Carlo method.The risk of life and economic losses were also calculated by the risk assessment system.By a case study

the results of the risk of life and economic losses may be crucial foundations for administrant branch.
