摘要

在现代社会对环境要求越来越高的情况下，保温隔热涂料的研究势在必行。主要介绍了建筑外墙隔热涂料的制备及隔热性能测试方法，研究了功能性填料、颜填料及PVC对涂料隔热性能的影响。实验表明：当空心微珠添加量为涂料总量的30%~40%时，平衡温度可以降低5~8 ℃；添加涂料总量4%~5%的红外陶瓷粉可使平衡温度降低8 ℃左右，添加量超过5%后，其隔热效果开始降低；高折射率的白色颜填料具有较好的隔热效果；普通填料和空心微珠的粒径对涂料涂层的隔热性能影响甚小。
