摘要

简要回顾了国内外有关影响农户土地流转行为的动因研究的状况，分析了影响农户土地流转行为的因素及其作用机制，采用oprobit回归检验对江苏省两个县142个农户的实地调查数据进行了实证分析，研究发现农户土地转入、转出行为与其家庭保障水平、以农为主的劳动力人数、以非农为主的劳动力人数、农业资产价值、拥有土地年数等因素有着密切的关系，并就如何促进农地流转市场的发展提出一些政策建议。

Abstract

This paper begins with a brief introduction to the research status of factors influencing farmers’ land transfer behavior. A model for studying such behavior was set up using an ordered probitOprobit) regressive method. Data from field questionnaires completed by 142 farmers in two counties in Jiangsu Province

show that the land transfer behavior of farmers is related greatly to their family security level

the number of farm laborers

the number of nonfarm laborers

the value of agricultural assets

the number of years of they have held their land

and other factors. We conclude with suggestions to promote the transfer of farmers’ land.
