摘要

在一些历史文化名城改造中，只追求物质环境的改善而忽略了对文化环境保护的问题非常突出，造成了城市历史文化风貌的丧失和城市特色的泯灭。文章拟以洛阳老城十字街为例，通过了解它的地域文化特色，对其历史文化街区的人文色彩保护理念进行了较为深入的分析

在此基础上

提出保护与更新的原则与方法

即:结合地域文化，在尽可能保持原有街道格局、空间特色、整体风貌等不变的同时

努力改善街区环境

并依靠其历史文化底蕴振兴传统街区.目的不仅在于对地域传统建筑文化的探索

而是以此为出发点

研究与思考当代乃至未来历史文化街区的保护与创新

Abstract

Problems of cultural environmental protection are acute during the reconstruction of some historic cultural cities. In order to understand the regional cultural features of the old cross street of Luoyang in P. R. China

we analyze the principle of humanistic protection of the street. Based on this understanding

we put forward principles and methods for protection and renovation. We also studied creative ways to protect the historical culture block at present and in the future.
