介绍了硅烷偶联剂表面改性沥青阻燃剂的原理和方法,确定了其最佳用量;通过红外光谱、热重分析等手段,对表面改性前后沥青阻燃剂的结构与性能进行了表征;研究了表面改性前后沥青阻燃剂的分散效果;对比分析了表面改性对沥青阻燃剂亲油性和亲水性的影响。结果表明,硅烷偶联剂与沥青阻燃剂发生了明显的物理化学作用,降低了沥青阻燃剂的表面极性,其最佳用量为沥青阻燃剂的0.95%;表面改性增强了沥青阻燃剂的热稳定性、分散性和亲油性,从而改善了沥青阻燃剂与沥青的相容性。
The theory and method of asphalt fireretardant surface modified with silane coupling agent is introduced and the optimum silane dosage is determined. The structure and performance of asphalt fireretardant before and after the surface modification is characterized through infrared spectrum and thermo gravimetric analysis. Dispersion effect of asphalt fireretardant before and after the surface modification is studied and the influence of surface modification on the hydrophilicity and lipophilicity of asphalt fireretardant is analysed contrastively. It is shown that obvious physical and chemical action occur between silane coupling agent and asphalt fireretardant
which reduce the surface polarity of asphalt fire retardant with the optimum dosage of 0.95% for the asphalt fire retardant. And Surface modification strengthens the thermal stability
dispersibility and lipophilicity of asphalt fireretardant so as to improve compatibility of asphalt and asphalt fireretardant.
