污水污泥处理过程中的碳排放是温室气体的重要来源.为了促进污泥处理过程的碳减排
针对常用污泥处理技术采用质量平衡模型进行碳排放核算
通过低碳化程度评估
建立了面向不同层次需求的污水污泥低碳化处理策略.结果表明
污泥厌氧消化产沼利用、余热干化后焚烧或混烧发电等技术的低碳化程度最高
分别为896%、803%和766%;而在不具备上述处理条件的地区
采用好氧堆肥或在填埋前进行好氧稳定预处理也是较好的低碳处理方式.低碳化处理作为污泥处理的新策略
必须与具体区域的经济、技术、社会条件相结合
以适应中国污泥处理从卫生无害到碳减排的多层次需求.
The carbon emission during sewage sludge treatment is an important source of greenhouse gas. For the carbon reduction
the emissions from common treatment technologies are calculated with the mass balance model
then their lowcarbon degrees are evaluated
and finally the lowcarbon treatment strategies are put forward for different requirements. The results show that the technologies
such as digestion for methane recovery
incineration or coincineration for power production after drying with industrial waste heat
are the ones with the lowest carbon emission. Their lowcarbon degrees are 89.6%
80.3% and 76.6% respectively. In the area where the above technologies cannot be applied
aerobic composting or landfill with aerobic stabilization pretreatment are the effective methods to reduce carbon emission. The lowcarbon treatment strategy
